Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Fume.fit, we strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or cancel your purchase. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed.

1. Refund Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Physical Products: If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. The request for a refund must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Digital Products/Services: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will only be provided in the case of technical issues that prevent access or usage of the product, and if the issue cannot be resolved within 7 days of purchase.
  • Subscription Services: You may cancel your subscription anytime. If canceled within the first 7 days of subscription, a refund for that month will be provided. After the initial 7-day period, no refunds will be given for that billing cycle.

1.2 Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

  • Products that are used, damaged due to improper handling, or returned beyond the return window.
  • Any digital product once accessed or downloaded unless it’s proven to be non-functional.
  • Items purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes, unless stated otherwise.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Order Cancellation (Physical Products)

  • You can cancel your order for a physical product within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, contact our support team at contact@fume.fit
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may request a refund or return in line with our refund policy.

2.2 Cancellation of Services or Subscriptions

  • Subscription services can be canceled at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation steps or by contacting customer support.
  • Once a subscription is canceled, no further charges will apply. However, access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Return Process

If you need to return a physical product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@fume.fit within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return.
  2. Provide Details: Share the order number and a brief description of the issue or reason for the return.
  3. Return Authorization: We will issue a return authorization and provide you with the address where the product should be returned.
  4. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  5. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our fitness program and your relationship with Fume Shredding Hub LLP (“FUME,” “Company,” “we” or “us”). Please read these terms carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law.

It’s important to note, specific results are NOT typical and are NOT guaranteed. So your results may vary, because every man and woman is unique. Especially when we consider how many different male and female “body types” are there. Our weight loss tips are not designed to treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult with a qualified medical professional if you are pregnant, plan on becoming pregnant, nursing, taking any medications, or had any illness in the past before starting our program. We are not giving any medical advice and all information on this weight loss plan is for informational purposes only. During the program, if you face any medical issues like low BP, high BP, Sugar Spiking, joint pain etc we will not be held liable for that and immediately take medical support. By using our tips, you are doing so at your own risk and knowingly waive all rights to make any legal claims against the site owners.

1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.1. The fees payable in respect of the products and services will be clearly communicated to you prior to the commencement of the  Training Program.

1.2. There will be no refund on any of the programs under any circumstances.

1.3. There is no pause, extension or transfer of the program. However, For our signature transformation programs (Platinum Plus,Mini Diamond and Diamond), we might make an exception to extend duration of our personalization services to clients incase they dont achieve at least 30% of their goals.
